Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped standard ground within the 50 United States. Estimated arrival times are calculated at checkout. Shipping amounts reflect the artist's contribution towards all shipping and packing costs.
Processing & Framing Time
The one-week processing time allows for paper to be hand-trimmed, printed, mounted, and framed by the artist. Each frame is custom ordered and inspected. Please note shipping times do not include this processing time.
As each print is custom printed, mounted, and framed to order, all sales are final. In the case of a damaged product, please email email@example.com within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Please include photos of the item and box. Those who are approved will be eligible for either a replacement or refund.
For a damaged item to be considered for a refund or replacement, products must be in the same condition it was sent in, in its original packaging, and requested within the 10-day window. Once the damaged item is received, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. If the item is approved for a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
While Natalie Shaw Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will notify you which carrier your product was sent with so you can file a claim with them directly.
Please also check address information as Natalie Shaw Studio is not responsible for orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
